Whether on stairs or level paths - the C120 combines the advantages of a stair climber and a hand truck, making it the ideal support for companies, public institutions and tradespeople.

Application examples
Parcel and delivery services and removal companies
Whether for deliveries or removals - the C120 shows its strengths wherever heavy loads regularly have to be moved up and down stairs. Parcel and delivery services as well as removal companies in particular benefit when it comes to multi-storey buildings without an elevator: instead of two employees, one person is enough to move loads safely and in a controlled manner to their destination.
Beverage markets and wholesalers
Beverage retailers and wholesalers also use the C120 to move heavy crates or barrels effortlessly up and down stairs. With its load capacity and puncture-proof tires, it reduces the risk of injury and saves both time and energy.

Craftsmen, tilers, parquet layers & stove builders
Whether for renovations or new builds - tradespeople regularly have to transport heavy or bulky materials and equipment. This includes not only packages of tiles or bundles of parquet flooring, but also ovens, heating systems or other components. Narrow stairwells or unfinished building sections often make transportation particularly difficult.
This is exactly where the C120 excels: with ergonomic handle variants and precise control, even delicate loads can be moved safely and effortlessly.
Public facilities
The C120 also provides valuable support in public facilities or clinics when devices or medical equipment such as oxygen cylinders need to be transported regularly. Thanks to its robust design, it meets the highest requirements and remains reliable in continuous use.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ):
Various aids are available for transporting heavy goods or machines at the work site:
- Manual transportation by hand or with carrying aids such as slings - practical for light loads, but physically demanding.
- Stair crawlers - robust, but usually unwieldy and difficult to use in narrow stairwells. Not suitable for spiral staircases.
- Elevators or mobile lifting platforms - convenient when available, but not everywhere.
- Electric mobile stair climbers - compact, flexible and suitable for a wide range of loads.
A modern stairclimber such as the CargoMaster is the most reliable and ergonomic solution, not only in the trades, where heavy machinery, tools or building materials often have to be moved, but also in the logistics sector, for parcel services and in freight forwarding. It enables safe, low-vibration and effortless transportation - regardless of whether an elevator is available or not.
The CargoMaster C120 is ideal for the safe transportation of heavy goods on stairs, especially for regular applications in logistics, construction or delivery services.
Yes, an electric stair climber is ideal for removals. The CargoMaster C120 enables furniture and boxes to be lifted quickly and safely up and down stairs without the need for heavy lifting. This saves manpower and minimizes the risk of damage to furniture and stairs.
By using the CargoMaster C120:
- Reduce heavy lifting over stairs
- Avoid awkward postures (e.g. constant bending or lifting above the hips)
- Need more than one employee? No longer necessary - one person is usually sufficient
This relieves strain on the back and joints and reduces the risk of musculoskeletal disorders.
The CargoMaster C120 is equipped with an advanced braking system that supports a secure hold on every step and enables controlled transportation.
Yes, the compact and maneuverable design of the C120 also allows it to be used in narrow stairwells and on narrow stairs.
The Comfort Step is fitted as standard on the C120 CargoMaster stair climber. It ensures that the entire climbing process is particularly smooth and even.
The climbing legs touch down on the step gently and with little vibration. For you as the user, this means much more comfortable transportation of heavy loads over stairs, less strain on the material to be transported and smoother and more controlled work - whether in single step mode or continuous climbing mode.
The step edge braking system automatically engages at each step and prevents the step edge from rolling away. It ensures a stable hold and reduces the risk of slipping - even in narrow stairwells, on spiral staircases or with sensitive loads. In combination with the single step mode and a low speed setting, maximum control is guaranteed even in difficult conditions.
The CargoMaster C120 reaches an average of:
- approx. 25 floors with an average load of approx. 75 kg.
- approx. 17 floors at full load (120 kg).
The actual running time depends on the type of staircase (step size, material), the load and the frequency of switching on/off.
The CargoMaster C120 is supplied with comprehensive basic equipment as standard: safety brakes, adjustable speed, single step switch and continuous climbing mode, a 5 Ah battery pack with safety lock, black pneumatic tires, mains charger, folding standard bucket (305 x 250 x 8 mm) and a lashing strap for securely fastening loads.
Depending on the industry and individual requirements, additional optional accessories are available, e.g. various buckets in different sizes, holders for food crates, beverage hooks, supports for round containers or white goods, additional or more powerful batteries, vehicle charging cable and other solutions for adapting to special transport requirements.
Many stair climbers can be folded up compactly for transportation in the vehicle or the handles can be retracted to take up as little space as possible. Depending on the model variant, vans, transporters or estate cars can be optimally utilized and the stair climber is ready for immediate use on site.
Depending on the model, the handles on the CargoMaster C120 can also be folded or retracted to achieve a particularly small pack size. Further information can be found in our operating instructions.
