The CargoMaster CC160 is a powerful stair climber for loads. This model is characterized by its energy efficiency, high performance and user-friendliness. One person alone is enough to transport heavy loads up and down stairs quickly and without back strain.

How long does the battery of the CC160 last?

The battery life depends on usage and charging habits. Generally, one battery charge is sufficient for up to 25 floors when used with the maximum transportation weight of 160 kg. This equates to approx. 375 steps. While driving with the CargoMaster, an integrated battery indicator provides continuous information about the battery capacity. After usage, the battery can be quickly recharged with an original charger.

Do you offer individual adaptations?

Yes, we offer individual adaptations for the CargoMaster CC160 Li-Ion to meet specific business requirements. Whether it's alternative buckets, different tires or brackets for special loads - our team can equip the stair climber according to your wishes. Can the CargoMaster also be used outdoors?

Yes, the CargoMaster CC160 Li-Ion is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. In addition, the CC160 Li-Ion is fully IPX4 tested, with the exception of the battery and the switch strip, and is therefore splash-proof. With an optional battery cover, the battery can also be IPX4 protected (directly when ordering a new device or subsequently as an accessory).

Can the CargoMaster CC160 be tested in advance?

Yes, we offer free demonstrations including test drives with the CargoMaster CC160. This allows you to test the mobile stair climber under real working conditions and see its performance and handling for yourself. Simply make an appointment with our sales team to arrange a free, no-obligation demonstration at your company.

Do you offer a training for using the CargoMaster?

Yes, we offer comprehensive instruction in the operation of the CargoMaster CC160 Li-Ion when the stair climbers are delivered. This training covers all the necessary safety precautions, efficient driving and correct charging of the battery. Our experienced employees are on hand to answer any questions you may have.

How do I receive a subsidy when buying a CargoMaster?

Thanks to the occupational health and safety bonus from BG BAU and BG RCI, companies within germany can save up to 700 euros when purchasing the CargoMaster C120 electric stair climber and the CC160/200 models. This bonus is granted for devices that improve occupational health and safety and thus reduce the risk of accidents at work. In order to receive the bonus, the device must be approved for commercial use and invoices can be submitted up to 365 days after purchase. Further information can be obtained directly from us or from the BG BAU and BG RCI trade associations.

Can I get support with maintenance and repairs after the purchase?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive maintenance and repair service for all CargoMaster products, including the CC160 Li-Ion. Our technical support is always at your disposal. In the event of repairs or technical problems, we offer you rapid assistance.

The CargoMaster complies with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/24/EC and is not subject to fixed maintenance intervals. Nevertheless, we recommend regular maintenance of the CargoMaster. Please contact us to arrange an inspection at our factory.
